Now with FastShip, Toronto Gold Bullion Inc ensures that clients are able to receive their orders faster than ever before. Within the FastShip policy, orders ship within 2 business days of cleared payment. Your orders are still packed with the extra care Toronto Gold Bullion Inc has become known for. Toronto Gold Bullion Inc is committed to providing good service. There are some limitations to FastShip. FastShip applies to items that are in stock only. FastShip does not include pre-ordered or back ordered items, which means items that are not in stock. FastShip only applies to items being delivered in Canada. If your order has any items that are not in stock, the entire order will be delayed until after the item is available for shipping and FastShip will not apply. Once all the items are in stock, we will ship all the items quickly. In order to qualify for FastShip, your account has to be in good standing and all of your orders must be fully paid for. If you have any unpaid orders, FastShip will not apply and your orders will only begin to ship once all your orders are paid. No refunds will be issued on delayed shipments.

    • All products with the FastShip Symbol on them indicate that the product is in stock and ready to ship!
    • If you have any open balance with us, your shipment may be delayed until we receive payment.

In order to avoid perceived fraudulent activity, Toronto Gold Bullion Inc. reserves the right to apply additional hold periods at its own sole discretion.

You can use UnionPay card in store. There is no hold period for in store UnionPay payments.


  • Interac Online Debit

There is a clearing time of 2 - 4 business day for new clients. There is no clearing time for existing clients. 


  • Email Money Transfer (Interac e-Transfer)

There is a clearing time of 10 business days for new clients. There is no clearing time for existing clients.


  • Wire Transfer

There is a clearing time of 1 Business day for local Canadian wire transfers. 


  • Certified Check, Bank Draft and Money Order

The clearing time varies depending on what financial institution your funds are drawn from, how many times you have done business with us in the past, the duration of time you have had a business relationship with us, and the amount of your transaction. Please contact us to find out how long your hold time will be. 


  • Regular Checks

There is a clearing time of 30+ Business Days for new clients. 


  • Free Shipping Over $500

Free shipping is available for orders over $500 CAD that are shipped to addresses in Canada. Some restrictions apply. Free shipping is not available to Northwest Territorries, Nunavut, Yukon and certain rural parts of Northern BC. Other rural parts of Canada may also not qualify for free shipping. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, we will notify you promptly. Free shipping is also not available for certain large orders due to heavy weight or high value liability. Most orders qualify for free shipping over $500. Please contact us to confirm your order qualifies for free shipping if your order is very large, very heavy or destined for a very rural area.


  • Shipping

Every package is shipped fully insured. The insurance covers the package during the time it is in transit until the customer signs for it. Do not sign for the package if it appears to have signs of tampering. Insurance coverage is only up to the point that the customer sign for the package. Once the package is signed, there is no insurance coverage. All outgoing packages are securely packed under camera surveillance and are double boxed to ensure maximum protection. Once the packages leave our facility, clients will be updated with a tracking number via email to follow the delivery process.


  • In-Store Pick Up

You are welcome to make your purchases in store, or to make your purchases online and pick up in store.


  • Free Shipping of Orders with Numismatic Items

Free shipping is available for orders that have numismatic items that are in stock. Free shipping is not available to Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon and certain rural parts of Northern BC. Other rural parts of Canada may also not qualify for free shipping. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, we will notify you promptly. Free shipping is also not available for certain large orders due to heavy weight or high value liability. Most orders qualify for free shipping with numismatic items that are in stock.   • Delivery Outside Canada

We do ship outside Canada. You are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes in the jurisdiction where you are receiving your package. Shipping outside Canada may result in longer shipping times and additional shipping fees. International shipping cost outside of Canada and USA will vary based on destination. Please contact us for details.


  • Regular Shipping Fees (Canada and USA)

Regular paid shipping is available. Currently as a promotion, the shipping fee is only $11 USD and if you pay in CAD, it will be the CAD equivalent. 
Shipping Fee for USA is $28 USD and the Canadian equivalent.
