THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE OUR GOODS OR USE OUR SERVICES.

1. ORDER COMPLETION

From time to time markets may become volatile, for example, as a result of an unexpected news event.

Also, system failures by Toronto Gold Bullion Inc. or other firms upon which Toronto Gold Bullion Inc.

relies may disrupt trading. For these and other circumstances, Toronto Gold Bullion Inc. may not be able to

complete your order.

Toronto Gold Bullion Inc. reserves the right to adjust an order if the metal and currency quotes received

from Toronto Gold Bullion Inc.‘s data source when the order was placed are found to be incorrect. Toronto

Gold Bullion Inc. will contact you if an order needs to be adjusted due to incorrect market data, and you may

cancel the order if you do not want to use the corrected exchange rate.

2. FEES AND PAYMENT

You agree to pay the published price for Toronto Gold Bullion Inc.’s goods and services and all applicable

taxes in connection with the purchase. We reserve the right to change our pricing policy at any time, to

change the method of payment which is acceptable to us and to refuse payment, at our sole discretion.

The published price fluctuates in accordance with world market conditions. You agree that the published

price at the time of purchase is payable by you notwithstanding any subsequent fluctuations in the published

price. Toronto Gold Bullion Inc. has no control over price fluctuations and is not responsible for any losses

incurred by you as a result of purchase.

Payment to Toronto Gold Bullion Inc. for any purchase shall be made at the time the purchase order is

placed, unless alternate arrangements have been made in writing. If such payment does not reach Toronto

Gold Bullion Inc. for any reason in the amount of time allowed, then Toronto Gold Bullion Inc. reserves the

right to liquidate the items ordered and any losses incurred by Toronto Gold Bullion Inc. as a result of such

liquidation shall be charged to the Purchaser.

Where a refund is requested on any product purchased, any reduction in the value of the product will be

reflected proportionally in the refund amount. In the event of upward market fluctuations following the

purchase of a product, the purchaser will only be entitled to the value of the product at the time of purchase.

The refund will be subject to a $100.00 + 10% of the order total as a processing fee that will be deducted from

the refunded amount. 

3. DELIVERY

Toronto Gold Bullion Inc. does not guarantee any time for delivery and reserves the right to delay or cancel

delivery in its sole discretion. Toronto Gold Bullion Inc. does not warrant receipt of any orders within a

prescribed time. Toronto Bold Bullion Inc. will not be liable for any delays, losses or undelivered items

after an item has been shipped. Toronto Gold Bullion Inc. uses the insured service of Federal Express,

Canada Post, and Purolater for shipping. The courier shall deliver product to anyone with apparent authority

to accept deliveries atthe address on the Purchase Order, and not to a particular individual. 

Any alternate shipper used at the purchaser’s request shall be at the risk of the purchaser and Toronto

Gold Bullion Inc. Inc. shall not be responsible for insuring any such shipment.

4. NO WARRANTY

All the information and materials contained in any of our publications, offers or website, including but not

limited to all text, graphics, links or other items, is provided on an 'as is,' and 'as available' basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law no warranty of any kind, implied, express or statutory, including but

not limited to the warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, freedom from computer

virus and non-infringement of third party rights, is given in respect of our services, sales or website or the

information, materials, market data, products or resources ('the Information') included in our website.

www.torontogoldbullion.com.

At any time and for any reason, Toronto Gold Bullion Inc. may request that its marks and logos not be used.

9. SUBMISSIONS
